How your booking works
1. Enter your pickup and destination, dates, times, passenger count and luggage. For a return trip, provide both departure times.
2. The calculator shows the fare for covered routes. Other journeys require a quotation. Submitting the form records your request; it does not confirm availability.
3. DRIVE YOU checks availability and sends the offer for acceptance and payment. DRIVE YOU remains your contact throughout.
4. Your booking is confirmed after DRIVE YOU has checked availability and received PayPal’s payment confirmation. Documents are sent to the email address in your request. A payment received before the service is documented as an advance; the final invoice follows the recorded completion of the service.
The booking form and contractual documents are currently in French. Please contact DRIVE YOU if you need clarification before accepting an offer.
Passengers and luggage
Declare every passenger and all luggage, including large or unusual items. Up to 8 passengers can travel, excluding the driver; luggage capacity depends on the actual configuration.
For a child seat, provide the child’s age, height and weight. DRIVE YOU will confirm the suitable equipment, availability and any supplement before agreement. Do not assume a specific seat or onboard facility is included unless confirmed.
